Mission
Silent Spirits is working to change the landscape around sex abuse in America. We work to provide child sex abuse messaging materials and risk reduction training for all communities.

Our Vision for 2013

Establish strong partnerships with local, state and national organizations to support wrap-around services for survivors of childhood sex abuse. We want to provide our trainings to parents, adult family members and human service professionals in as many communities as possible. Ultimately reducing child sex abuse and saving children from suffering life-long impacts.





Adult Empowerment to Protect
Adults who have been sexually abused as children can often feel confused, socially distant and angry at their parent/parents. We are raised and taught that adults/parents protect us and when someone grooms us and our parents, we feel unprotected and angry at our "protector".  The long-term impacts are even more severe when our "protector" denies or won't validate that abuse has even happened... Silent Spirits works with individuals to validate, assess and protect with new-found knowledge and skills.
